Abstract: 为了研制CVD法SiC连续纤维用的大直径中间相沥青炭纤维,笔者考察了两种纺丝用中间相沥青的流变性、表观粘度以及粘流活化能的变化.结果表明,温度和剪切速率是控制中间相沥青熔纺的重要参数;宽的低粘平稳流动区域的温度范围及低的粘流活化能对纺制大直径中间相沥青纤维都是必要的条件.加压齐聚反应所得4#中间相沥青的流变性能优于常压反应的3#中间相沥青.
