Abstract: 近些年,中国建设的跨越式发展,给施工企业的经营带来了难得的机遇,“五年再造一个×××(施工企业名称)”“三年产值翻一番”“成为建设领域的领军企业”等呐喊声不绝于耳.遗憾的是,激情过后,企业的大格局、大场面轰然倒塌,满地狼藉.笔者接触过的施工企业中,就有好几家出现了这种情况,深入调研发现,人力资源支撑的滞后是主要的原因,而主要原因,不约而同地体现在薪酬管理的滞后上.
