Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical application effect to nasal intubation by Airtraq video laryngoscope. Methods 86 cases were underwent selective operation,according to the number of oral and decorative surgery patient,they were randomly divided into Airtraq (A) group and Macintosh (M) group with 43 cases in each group ,A group by the Airtraq video laryngoscope to nasaltracheal intubation,group M by Macintosh laryngoscopic to nasal tracheal intubation. Results A group intubation time was significantly shorter than that of M group (P<0.01),in A group the success rate of intubation was significantly higher than that in M group,comparison in first time;there was statistically significant between groups (P<0.01);after intubation hemodynamic indexes were higher than those before intubation,but the hemodynamic parameters in M group were significantly higher than those before intubation(P<0.05),in addition,afte 30min the two groups of patients were compared with the intubation without obvious fluctuation (P>0.05),while HR were increased during intubation (P<0.05),comparison between groups and M group increased more obvious degree (P<0.05). Conclusion Airtraq video laryngoscope in through nasotracheal tracheal intubation have important clinical appli-cation value,it is worth popularizing.
