Abstract: [Objective] To explore clinical efficacy and safety of scopolamine butylbromide combined with propofol in painless enteroscopy ,and calculate the comfort and satisfaction of patients .[Methods] Totally 400 cases with gastrointestinal endoscopy were divided into 4 groups with 100 cases in each group .Group A re-ceived conventional gastrointestinal endoscopy under intravenous anesthesia with scopolamine butylbromide and propofol intravenous anesthesia .Group B received conventional gastrointestinal endoscopy under intravenous anesthesia with scopolamine butylbromide .Group C received conventional gastrointestinal endoscopy under in-travenous anesthesia with propofol .Group D only received conventional gastrointestinal endoscopy .The mean arterial pressure(MAP) ,heart rate(HR) and pulse oxygen saturation(SpO2 ) of each group before treatment , during the operation and at consciousness were recorded .The adverse reactions of patients were observed dur-ing the operation .The comfort and satisfaction of patients were investigated ,and the operation time was also recorded after operation .[Results] Compared with group B ,group C and group D ,adverse reactions during surgery were fewer ,and whole vital signs were more stable ,and the operation time was shorter ,and postoper-ative satisfaction was higher in group A .[Conclusion] Scopolamine butylbromide combined with propofol ap-plied in the anesthesia of painless enteroscopy has even higher degree of comfort and satisfaction ,fewer adverse reactions and greater safety .Therefore ,it is worthy of clinical promotion .
