Key Technology of Cub-Structure Electromagnetic High-Frequency Angular Vibrator

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the frequency of angular vibration exciters driven by torque-motors is dififcult to over 100Hz and the waveform distortion is large, a method using a cup-type electromag-netic driving structure is proposed. It signiifcantly reduces the inductance of the driving coil to achieve a fast response of the driving force. A rubber torsion spring is used to achieve the shaft support and to overcome the bearing fric-tion. Combined with the ifnite element analysis and simu-lation, the resonance frequency of the shaft is increased to 2400 Hz by designing the shaft and the framework of the exciter coil as a whole. After testing, this angular vibration exciter can be seen that the upper limit frequency can be up to 700Hz, the waveform distortion of the angular ac-celeration is less than 3% in the main working frequency range. Furthermore, this driving-structure can be widely used in high-frequency angular vibration calibration or the dynamic performance evaluation of angular motion sen-sors.
