Abstract: According to the demand for developing green building and promoting sustainable development of industry, combined with the practical con-dition of industrial building and the industrial park in Chongqing, Chongqing Urban and Rural Construction Committee organized related experts to com-pile the Technical Guidelines for Green Industrial Building (tentative) of Chongqing, which is served to guide the planning and designing, acceptance check and operation management of the green industrial building and green industrial park in Chongqing, and it also sets up the foundation for green in-dustrial building criterion series in Chongqing. And the methodology and key technical points of the Guideline are introduced.
