Abstract: Modern combat aircraft airborne radar development and procurement costs has been grievous everspending estimating the costs at a program startup or early in a project more accurately has became the issues of common concern of the military and industry sector. Using foreign techno-economic data of airborne ifre control radar, and employing partial least squares, the airborne ifre control radar development cost estimation model was established. At the same time, the rationality and accuracy of the mode have been veriifed by the data of radar APG-77 equipped in F-22A ifghter.
