From Management to Service——On the Reform of College Medical Care

Abstract: The Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Communist Party of China Central Committee proposed the general goal of universally deepening the reform. The college medical and health institute should also respond to the call, deepen the reform and transform completely from the past management-oriented model to the service-oriented model. This reform requires the institute to improve its inner system, accept the supervision from students and teachers, strengthen the construction of staff and so on. The author combined his own specific work and the relevant theory to propose some suggestions on how to deepen the reform of college medical care.
