Abstract: At present,in the inspection information system of traditional Chinese medicine, the data universally lack normalization, and display effects are usually varied. According to the above problems, the misunderstandings of inspection image acquisition and standard expression are pointed out,and the solutions to solve the problem of information normalization are presented. Daylight simulator with 6 500 K color temperature is considered the standard light source for inspection information systems; it is proposed that CIE color spaces can be regarded as standard representing space for inspection information, and the transform from original image data to standard representing space can be achieved by color correction; and the standard framework of inspection image acquisition and description is formed through the light environment standardization and image data correction. Experimental results show that this framework can achieve high consistency among different inspection information systems. Finally, combined with color performance measurement of display and color correction methods, color reproduction for image display is achieved.
