Abstract: AIM:To observe the effect of the wavefront aberration-guided com bining Q-value optim ized LASEK( WG-QO-LASEK).METHODS:Retrospective analyzed the pre-and post-operative clinical data of 140 cases( 280 eyes) that had gone through WG-QO-LASEK in the departm ent of ophthalm ology in our hospital. The observational index was com pared in patients’ visual acuity of pre.and post.operative and the subjective and objective exam ination of vision. RESULTS:There were no severe postoperative com plications.Totally 132 patients’( 264 eyes)uncorrected visual acuity( UCVA) was achieved to the expected correction degree within ± 0.5D.Best correctedvisual acuity( BCVA) im proved one line in 88 eyes( 31.4%) and 2 lines in 46 eyes( 16.4%).Postoperative scores of NEI-RQL-42 were significantly higher than preoperative ones. After operation, the proportion of higher.order aberrations increased,m ainly m anifested in spherical aberration and com a,but it did not influence the visual quality obviously.CONCLUSION:WG-QO-LASEK treatment of myopia has good predictability, accuracy and safety.
