Abstract: At home and abroad,some technical problems have been found in the application of black w ater slurry valve in Texaco coal gasification chemical system and slag w ater system,such as the backw ard flow path of valve body and valve seat,gas cavitation,valve core dislocation,jam fault and so on. According these problems,this article is going to analyze the reasons and put forw ard solutions.
