Abstract: 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取红松松塔挥发油,考察了提取时间、料液比、浸泡时间、粉碎度对挥发油提取量的影响.通过正交实验确定最佳提取工艺条件为:提取时间5h、料液比1∶8(g∶mL)、浸泡时间1.5h、粉碎度80目,在此优化条件下,60 g红松松塔挥发油提取量达0.28 mL.
