Volatile Oil Composition and Content in Different Parts of Fresh Guizhou Humulus scandens

Abstract: In order to ascertain volatile oil composition and content in female flower,male flower,leaf and stem of fresh Guizhou H .scandens,SPME and GC-MS were employed to extract and identify the chemical components.Results:41,55,56 and 20 chemical components were identified respectively in female flower,male flower,leaf and stem of fresh Guizhou H .scandens,with the relative contents of 97.034%,96.432%,78.753% and 53.187% separately;12 chemical components were found in all the four parts.β-caryophyllene, (E)-β-farnesene,δ-cadinene and caryophyllene epoxide were the main components.
