Abstract: This article is based on material flow through the whole process and the use of demand in the power plant analysis, and implementation of the full life cycle management of spare parts. Spare parts for each piece of the system (device) procure-ment, technical inspection, storage, a library, rework, scrap processing and other business records, to establish a complete set of procurement, storage, maintenance and repair of electronic files to accumulate data to achieve material bidirectional traceability flow, activities and sources, and explore the life cycle of the laws of spare parts, the best combination of reliability and economy achieved.
