Abstract: <正>春秋以前,最初茶叶作为药用而受到关注。古代人类直接含嚼茶树鲜叶汲取茶汁而感到芬芳、清口并富有收敛性快感,久而久之,茶的含嚼成为人们的一种嗜好。该阶段,可说是茶之为饮的前奏。秦汉时期,茶叶的简单加工已经开始出现。鲜叶用木棒捣成饼状茶团,再晒干或烘干以存放,饮用时,先将茶团捣碎放入壶中,注入开水并加上葱姜和桔子调味。此时茶叶不仅是日常生活之解毒药品,且成为待客之食品。另,由于秦统一了巴蜀(我国较
