Abstract: Higher Vocational College is the main position cultivating high- quality and highly skilled applied talents for the society,in recent years,the employment view education adapt to the needs of modern social development is carried out step by step in higher vocational colleges. Under the current grim employment situation,schools should strengthen the employment education,guide the students to establish a correct concept of employment,and help them walk out of employment difficulties,so as to contribute to socialist career with Chinese characteristics.
