Abstract: A method has been developed for simultaneous determination of 13 antioxidants in foodstuffs by solid phase extraction-ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry( SPE-UPLC-ESI-MS / MS). The samples were enriched and purified by a C 18 solid phase extraction column. The separation was performed on an Aglient Eclipse Plus C 18 column with gradient elution of acidified acetonitrile and water. The 13 antioxidants were determined in the modes of electrospray positive and negative ionization( ESI ±) and multiple reaction monitoring( MRM). Good linearity was observed in the range of 0. 1 mg / L-5 mg / L with correlation coefficients in range of 0. 9936 ~ 0. 9993,and the limits of quatity detection for 13 antioxidants were 0. 5 mg / kg. The recoveries were 80. 5% ~ 111. 8% in the three spiked levels with the relative standard deviations of 0. 8% ~ 9. 1%. The method was characterized by high sensitivity and precision, extensive analytical range and quickly analytical speed. The method was used in the analysis of food samples, and antioxidants were detected in 4 samples.
