Abstract: There are similarities with Hunan Chinese fir plantations in Germany in the 19th century,it was creating a large area of application of a single species plantations,and causing fertility consume large,impossible to achieve the sustainable use of forests. Based on the Chinese fir operating history,analysis of existing refining cultivation system under the mountain,tending method,short rotation,stand structure of a single Chinese fir plantation productivity as a result of a decline in forest soil fertility recession. We introduced the natural forest near philosophy and principles to transformation Chinese fir plantation. In order to make the young forest; middle-age forest,establishment forest for the first generation of operating goals respectively,and objectives for the second generation to create favorable conditions for the formation of a tree,so that forest soil fertility is restored to achieve the objective of sustainable management,as well as a larger economic benefits.
