Abstract: The driving forces of agricultural modernization mainly include technological innovation, structured organization,and government support.As against the problems in agricultural development,agricultural modernization should follow the paths of updating the traditional notions,formulating the cultural environment for the development of modern agriculture,constructing an institutional framework of agricultural development with an integrated consideration of urban and rural areas,restructuring the organization of agricultural industries,and optimizing the allocation of resources.
