Effect of Pretreatment on Nanometer Crystallization Size and Crystal Volume Fraction of Fe Based Amorphism

Abstract: The nano-meter crystal size and volume fraction of strip amorphous alloy Fe65Ni1Al5Ga2P8.65B9.6Si3C5.75which and been pretreated firstly in combination of cold and heat and then crystallized were studied by DSC, XRD and TEM. The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature, crystallization volume fraction increases gradually and reaches the highest 32% at 663 K. However, the crystallization volume fraction reduces to 29.1% when the temperature is 713 K. With the increase of annealing temperature, the average crystal size mainly presentes a decreasing trend, in sequenc e 39.9 nm, 22.3 nm,16.7 nm, 13.5 nm, and 16.2 nm.
