Abstract: The U.S.A played an important role on the Diaoyu Islands disputes.The generation,evolution and development of the Diaoyu Islands disputes have close connection with U.S.A.What kind of role U.S. A played in Diaoyu Islands needs further researches.However,the studies of the connection between Diaoyu islands and U.S.A from the angle of U.S.A foreign policy are not much.This article studies the U.S poli-cy on the Diaoyu Islands in the recent twenty years,and makes clear and analyzes the tendency of U.S poli-cy on the Diaoyu Islands disputes.
