Abstract: Objective To select risk factors of coronary heart disease in multitudinous possible influence factors and es-tablish the′best′model by applying binomial logistic regression analysis. Methods Systematic sampling was used to select 400 patients in our esearch , which came from the internal medicine of hospitals. All patients were suffering from heart disease and confirmed by coronary angiography .Binomial logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between these verity of CHD and risk factors. Results We selected influence factors using CHD as the response variable and the various factors as the explanatory variables. After carrying out correlation analysis and collinearity diagnostics, 8 variables were selected as the risk factors:age, combined disease, smoking, SBP, glucose, uric acid, LDL-C and lipoprotein. Conclusion Risk factors of CHD were found out by the application of binomial logistic regression which could be used to analyze the relative importance of each factor.
