Abstract: Objective: To set up content standard of Shenfukang Tablet. Methods: To determine rutin of Shenfukang Tablet by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). The determination was done with a Kromasil ODS-1C18,mobile phase:methanol-water-glacial acetic acid( 40: 57. 5: 2. 5). Results: The present method was reliable and accurate,the recovery rates were 95 ~ 105%,RSD were 1. 85%. Conclusion: The standard may use to control content of Shenfukang Tablet.
