Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of pulmonary perfusion with hypothermic protective solution on lung function during cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods 72 patients with cardiopulmonary bypass were randomly divided into observation group and control group,36 cases in each group, patients in observation group were given pulmonary perfusion with hypothermic protective solution, while patients in control group were not given perfusion, observed the oxygen index and airway resistance of patients in two groups. Results The oxygen index and airway resistance of patients in observation group were better than that in control group, there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Taking pulmonary perfusion with hypothermic protective solution on lung function during cardiopulmonary bypass has a better protective effect on lung, can reduce lung injury after operation, worthy of further clinical application.
