Abstract: To summarize 88 cases of patients with severe brain injury after tracheotomy nursing care,including ward nursing,oral and absorbing sputum nursing,tracheotomy nursing,supine and sleep nursing,defecation nursing and so on.Careful nursing care in reducing the postoperative complications,improving patient’s comfort and promoting an early recovery of patients played an important role.
