Abstract: Objective:To explore the clinical effect and emergency treatment of acute gastric bleeding.Methods:We selected 145 patients with acute gastric bleeding from 2010 to 2013,analyzed the similarities and differences of the data and the corresponding therapeutic effect.Results:In 90 patients with the conservative treatment,68(75.6%)patients were cured,20(22.2%)patients were improved,2(2.2%)patients was invalid,and the total effective rate was 97.8%.In 55 patients with operation and conservative treatment,35 cases were cured(63.6%),18 cases were markedly improved(32.7%),2 patients were died because of ineffective treatment(3.6%),and the total effective rate was 96.4%.Conclusion:We chose the appropriate treatment method according to the actual condition of the patient.The treatment effect of two kinds was prominent and effective.
