Abstract: Objective:To observe edaravone on acute cerebral hemorrhage therapeutic effect and safety.Methods:64 patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group were given conventional treatment of dehydration in reducing intracranial pressure,blood pressure control on the basis of given edaravone30mg intravenous infusion of normal saline 100ml,30 minutes drip finished,2times a day for 14 days.Using the fourth edition of the People’s Health Publishing House Nan Dengkun editor of "rehabilitation medicine" stroke clinical neurological deficit Rating Scale score and efficacy evaluation.Results:14 days after,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Treatment group was significantly higher efficiency and effectiveness.Conclusion:The early application of edaravone significantly facilitate the rehabilitation of neurological function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and improve efficacy.
