Abstract: We formulated and implemented the high quality nursing service programs and plans according to the working characteristics of obstetric care.The overall service consciousness was enhanced by strengthening basic nursing and specific nursing,communication between nurses and patients,communication between doctors and nurses and health education,changing the scheduling model and strengthening the logistical support measures and so on.It provided full,comprehensive and high quality nursing service for patients and ensured the medical safety and improved the patient experience and relationship between nurses and patients and the quality of nursing and promoted the harmony between doctors and patients.
