Abstract: The paper introduces application of anemometerin cranes,and puts forward its installation height required in different wind conditions and for different kinds of anemometers considering previous cases with poor application effects of anemographs in cranes.The installation height shall be adjusted according the actual wind speed outputted by the anemome-ter.
