Abstract: As a special type of higher education,higher vocational education shoulders the mission of cultivating highly-skilled talents for production,construction,service and management.Serving regional economy and social development is the orientation of higher vocational colleges.Regional and professional characteristics determine all kinds of connections between campus culture and regional culture.Therefore,higher vocational colleges must construct a campus culture abundant in regional characteristics and adapted to local economy and culture.Among the important topics in higher vocational colleges are the connotation of campus culture and regional culture and the relationship and integration between the two.
