Abstract:
针对新版断裂韧性测试规范扩大的裂纹长度适用范围,利用有限元精细分析用于平面应变断裂韧度KIC评定中割线法确定临界载荷PQ的相对割线斜率△S的合理性,提出0.45≤a/W≤0.7范围内的相对割线斜率△S的表达式.结果表明:现行规范推荐的相对割线斜率△S不再适合于确定0.55<a/W≤0.7范围内的临界载荷PQ,其最大相对误差已近8%.
