Abstract: 社区获得性肺炎,是指患者在院外罹患的肺部感染性炎症.随着病原体的普遍耐药,使得抗生素的使用在临床治疗效果不佳.通过搜集、整理大量文献,针对目前抗生素治疗肺炎的困难,总结近几年临床常用中药注射剂、中药雾化吸入及中西医结合注射剂等药物治疗CAP疗效进行综述,给临床治疗CAP提供参考.
