Abstract: 为了使肾移植病人平稳渡过多尿期,对313例肾移植病人行颈内静脉置管持续动态监测CVP 4~5 d,将CVP维持在6~12 cmH 2O(1 cmH2O=0.098 kPa).结果311例顺利渡过多尿期,肾移植获成功;2例因发生急性排异反应,肾移植失败,转行血液透析.提示CVP动态监测可为维持病人水、电解质及出入量平衡提供依据,促进移植肾功能早期恢复.
