Abstract: 采用聚酯改性有机硅树脂作连接料,氨基树脂作交联剂,制备了可用于一体化电容式触摸屏(OGS)的耐高温油墨用清漆.研究了不同有机硅预聚体含量的聚酯改性硅树脂以及交联剂种类与用量对清漆力学性能、耐热性能和耐化学试剂性的影响,通过色差仪、金相显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和热重分析(TGA)对涂层结构和性能进行了表征.结果表明,随着聚酯改性硅树脂中有机硅预聚体含量的增加,涂层耐热性提高,有机硅预聚体含量为62%的聚酯改性有机硅树脂PS4的耐热性最好,经300℃/100min热处理前后色差值△E=0.16,黄变值Ab=0.01.选择聚酯改性有机硅树脂PS4为连接料,加入占树脂质量5%的耐黄变交联剂CYMEL303,可以制备出力学性能优异、耐丙酮擦拭和耐300℃高温的OGS触控屏用油墨清漆.
