Abstract: 以菜园土和不同有机肥组合的土样为材料,通过天然纤维素分解菌群的分离、驯化以及复配具有纤维素酶、半纤维素酶和木质素酶活性的单菌株来构建玉米秸秆分解复合系.结果表明,对筛选得到的6个分解菌群进行了驯化培养,10代后菌群的pH值和羧甲基纤维素酶(CMC)活性已基本稳定;经过与具有纤维素酶活性(M,H)、木质素酶活性(Y1,Y7)、半纤维素酶活性(Y6)的菌株复配后得到的复合系,真菌与细菌含量均有所提高,CMC活性达到了35.6 U/g.
