Abstract: 试验研究了孔密度为5 PPI,孔隙率为o.95的通孔金属泡沫的材质和厚度对池沸腾传热性能的影响.工质为去离子水.金属泡沫材质为铜和镍,泡沫厚度为5、6、7 mm.最大热流密度为1.49×106 W·m-2.采 用高速摄像仪观测泡沫表面气泡生长图像.试验结果表明,材质对低孔密度金属泡沫的池沸腾传热性能有重要的影响.铜泡沫和镍泡沫的池沸腾传热性能差别随着泡沫厚度的减小而减小.相比于光滑平板,金属泡沫延迟了沸腾危机点.随着泡沫厚度的减小,铜泡沫的沸腾传热能力先减小后增强,而镍泡沫的沸腾传热能力增强.
