Abstract: Downhill is one major technique of policing climbing techniques .It originates from traditional mountain and rock descending technique and refers to the fact that human beings use equipments of safety belts , ropes, and descender to descend .Policing actual application of downhill technique uses the same equipments as rock climbing .As to their different purposes , they are different in operation .
