Abstract: 通过数值计算的方法,研究新型余热利用方案下,余热锅炉引风过程中不同引风方式对于余热锅炉内流场的影响和对于换热管束磨损的影响.研究结果显示,插入式引风不但会造成两引风口之间出现回流,增大局部阻力,会引起插入管道磨损,并且造成上游100mm内的受热面磨损.而非插入式引风管道可以有效地减小引风带来的受热面和引风管路的磨损.
