Effects of stellate ganglion block on renal function in spontaneously hypertensive rats

Abstract: 目的 探讨自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)行星状神经节阻滞对肾脏功能的影响.方法 将32只10周龄雄性SHR随机均分为四组:左侧星状神经节阻滞组(LS组)、右侧星状节阻滞组(RS组)、药物卡托普利组(D组)、手术对照组(C组).所有SHR测量最后一次BP后,禁食、水24h测尿β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)含量.实验结束后用3%戊巴比妥钠腹腔注射45 mg/kg麻醉SHR,迅速取出肾脏,放射免疫法测定肾脏组织AngⅡ和TGF-阻的含量;HE染色后光镜下观察肾脏组织结构.结果 RS组及D组肾组织中AngⅡ、TGF-β1和尿液中β2 MG的含量明显低于C和LS组(P<0.05);光镜下观察肾组织,RS组肾小球脏层及肾小管上皮细胞变性、坏死程度较LS组和C组较轻.结论 右侧星状神经节阻滞可能通过改善肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统,降低肾脏AngⅡ和TGFβ1,减少β2-MG排泄,延缓肾功能衰竭.
