Abstract: A mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was established in this study.Through the analysis of the impact of non-point source pollution on water quality,we can reveal the water quality situation of drinking water sources in2001and also can forecast the pollution risk of the Qinghe Reservoir Small Watershed. So we can definite the quantitative analysis of current situation of water quality and evaluate the existing problems of water environment for the Qinghe Reservoir. The results showed that the Qinghe Reservoir watershed water quality was worse, especially at the entrance of Reservoir,Honghuadian,Niejiagou,Zengjiatun and Yaobao, the water quality of the above areas was of category V,the reservoir’s water has been seriously polluted, and non-point source pollution is the main reason. Those are the impact factors that caused water pollution and volatility changes of the reservoir. So it needs scientific governance urgently, otherwise it will bring about serious environmental, economic and social losses.
