Abstract: 采用Aspen Dynamic软件,在加压-常压双塔分离碳酸二甲酯-甲醇(DMC-MeOH)共沸物稳态模型的基础上,设计出固定回流比的动态控制方案(FRCS).用进料流量、进料组成的扰动对FRCS的动态阶跃响应特性进行模拟验证.模拟结果表明,FRCS对加压塔的两种扰动的抑制效果均很好,对常压塔的抑制扰动的效果稍差一些;当进料流量增加20%时,常压塔塔底产品MeOH纯度由最初的99.50% (w)经10h波动后降为98.60%(w);进料组成中DMC含量增加20%时,常压塔塔底产品MeOH纯度由99.50% (w)降为99.42% (w).FRCS基本上可满足加压-常压两塔塔底产品质量的控制要求.
