Abstract: This paper analyzes the particular‘ill-structured domain’ of management knowledge and its challenge towards the traditional teaching model of undergraduates majoring in management courses. It, consequently, puts forward the flexible model of management undergraduate curriculum on the basis of cognitive flexibility theory and the systematically optimizing strategies to create hypertext system for management courses, heighten teachers’ responsibility, professionalism and flexible teaching skills, properly apply team-teaching method, reform teaching progress and syllabus accordingly and establish students incentive-oriented mechanism in college enrollment and examination.
