Abstract: Objective To investigate and analyze the conditions of drug repercussion in pharmacy ,and to decrease the behavior of drug repercussion and strengthen the scientific use of medicine .Methods The causes and breeding money of the returned drugs from Oct .to Dec .in 2012 in every department of our hospital were analyzed compared with that in 2011 and 2010 .Results There were 2 346 cases of drug repercussion between Oct .to Dec .in 2012 .The returned drugs were 478 937 .43 yuan with 195.00 yuan average for each case .The main reasons of the drug repercussion were the patients discharge ,alteration of medical orders and the returned drugs from doctors .The main departments of drug repercussion were blood vessel of brain ,breath ,pediatrics and inter-nal medicine of the heart which occupied 51 .67% .The main kind of the drug repercussion was antimicrobiotics (32 .44% ) .The rate of the drug repercussion was 3 .45% in Oct .to Dec .in 2012 .Conclusion There were drug repercussion cases in all the de-partments of the hospital .The amount of the returned drugs were large ,and the causes were complex .So strengthening the man-agement of hospital and making appropriate counter measures are necessary .
