Abstract: 近期,斯柯达维修站陆续接到几位昊锐车车主的抢修电话,汽车突然不能发动了或是发动机启动后异响严重. 经过维修人员的初步检查,发现这几辆车有一个共同特点,都配备了大众缸内直喷涡轮增压发动机,车龄在4年以上,行驶里程大多在80000~100000km.车辆拖进厂后,使用专用诊断仪读取故障为“凸轮轴位置误差超过极限(静态)”,随后测量汽缸压力,压力几乎为0,标准值如表所示,判断故障是气门顶弯了.
