Abstract: Money is the result of human long divided -exchange-cooperation in society.Money itself commod-ity , the essential function of money is media of exchange.The paper money at present is not the true money in strict definition, only one kind of fiat money.The media of exchange is the essence of money .Beyond it, we control money to want to add to the number of employment people , which brings much disaster.Compare to the un-ex-change paper monetary system , the gold standard monetary system is easily controlled by government which trend to expand the bank credit.Safely holding on the un -exchange paper monetary system in reality , the government must strictly control the total quantity of money to be supplied , which can avoid the industrial economy being in distor-tion.As the media of exchange , money is never trouble , but how to use the money or which money is chosen to use by government are the essence of trouble.
