Abstract: This article takes the discussion of the investment and project management of construction project BT model for the purpose. Through the investigation and assessment of the BT project investment, the author analyzes the problem which is necessary to consider in BT project investment. Through the analysis of risk factors, the author discusses the method of risk aversion as the view of investing construction enterprise.
