Abstract: 采用热重分析(TGA)法对硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料在5℃/min,10℃/min,20℃/min 3种不同升温速率下的热解过程及反应动力学进行了研究.结果说明:氮气气氛下,硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的热解过程分为3个阶段,主要反应阶段在200℃~ 440℃之间,随着升温速率的提高,主要反应区略向高温区偏移;不同升温速率下得到的活化能E随着升温速率的增加会稍有增加,同时E的增大伴随着A也增大;硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料热分解为一级反应,热解反应程度的预测也证实了热解反应分为3个主要阶段的实验结果;通过引入动力学补偿效应,给出了反应动力学机理函数.
