Abstract: 应用反相微乳液聚合制成了不同阳离子度聚丙烯酰胺微球(MPAM),通过黏度、浊度、Zeta电势分析,研究了微球阳离子度、电解质浓度(CE)对MPAM-HPAM复合体系聚沉规律的影响.实验结果表明,在临界聚沉盐浓度(Ccsc)时,复合体系由絮凝相转变为均匀分散体系,且Csc随着微球阳离子度增大而增加.当CE<Ccsc时,体系絮凝量随着CE增加而增大,随着HPAM剂量增加先增大后减小,在电中和点附近,絮凝量达最大,这一趋势与体系中微球Zeta电势变化相对应;当CE≥Csc时,微球对分子量为1 400×104的HPAM形成拟交联,可大幅提高体系黏度;这种均匀分散体系在蒸馏水稀释后,还能再次絮凝.
