Abstract: 电泵举升管柱加装扶正器可保持油管和套管之间的合理间隙,防止电泵电缆遭到挤压和磨损.扶正器的安装主要依靠经验判断,缺乏理论依据和计算方法,既增加了生产成本,又增大了井下事故的风险.在综合了井眼轨迹、油管柱内外液体密度、扶正器和套管内壁摩擦、管柱自重、油/套管几何参数等因素对管柱受力和变形影响的基础上,结合现场生产实际工况,运用微元法建立了大斜度井三维井眼电泵举升管柱力学模型,实现了不同工况条件下油管柱的受力与变形分析计算;结合两扶正器之间油管横向变形计算模型,建立了油管扶正器间距的计算模型,并开发了计算机辅助分析计算软件;通过实例验证了油管扶正器间距计算模型的可靠性.研究结果对于扶正器现场安装具有一定的理论指导意义.
