Abstract: 以提高油润滑箔片轴承承载力为目的,提出了一种新型带有弹簧弹性支撑结构的多叶箔片轴承;基于卡式定理建立了弹簧支撑箔片结构弹性变形模型,给出了弹性支撑结构与悬臂弯曲梁的整体柔度矩阵;通过有限差分法求解了稳态不可压润滑雷诺方程,获得了给定转速、给定载荷下轴承的静平衡位置;基于扰动法获得了该轴承的动态雷诺方程,并通过数值仿真研究该新型箔片轴承的动力学特性,分析了弹簧支撑结构箔片轴承刚度和阻尼随Sommerfeld系数、载荷的变化规律.搭建了油润滑多叶箔片轴承动态特性的试验台,并开展了相应的实验验证研究.结果表明,随着载荷的增加,主刚度、主阻尼均减小;实验测得的动力特性系数普遍比理论计算值大,趋势相近.
